Developing PSQ among the children needs Developing such skills within ourselves first . It's balancing ourselves . Generally as elders  we use to have the burden of compartmentalized  ideas .The thing is how to inculcate openness when expressing ideas,how to understand other people, how to adjust with others without losing ourselves completely. When we have clear understandings about these things and behave accordingly, children will learn these things simply . Even so we need to observe children carefully, plan accordingly how to change their behavioral traits in a smooth way. The rationale behind the behavior should be understood properly, should be sympathetic towards them. Changes should be in a convincing manner . Then only safe and healthy environment takes place in the school.
