We,the teachers need to change ourselves first. What we need to change is our approach and attitude towards the learners and learning outcomes.
Our planning, assessment tools and parameters should be much more oriented towards the learning outcomes to be achieved by the end of a particular concept.
Also, we should not forget the individual requirements of the different types of learners i.e. Audio learners,Visual learners and Kinesthetic learners.
Our plan should have enough scope for such kind of varied learners so as the attainment of the desired learning outcomes is ensured fully.
