There is nothing to do with gender in terms of abilities and strengths of indiciduals. Both boys and girls can prove themselves in competetive world. So gender doesn't matter in any field.  Men and women are equally worth in getting good employment. The thought of gender discrimination should be erased from the minds of people. Unfortunately, parents are not encouraging their daughter in terms of education as they do with their sons.  Girls are often not able to pursue their aims and goals  even though they have ability to tackle them. So boys and girls are are to be treated equally.
