According to my understanding, awareness about gender sensitivity is the most needed area of training that we should have. Why because as a language teacher i have observed  most language teachers confuse how to understand gender related lessons. people used to mis-guide children. Gender awareness definitely address most social evils that are happening now a days .

    -  Reading modern fiction written by those  who kept gender sensitivity in their mind will also do good. 

   - Clarifying misconceptions about both male and female kind has to be taken. 

    - Combining PSQ and gender sensitivity within children will build good citizens. 

     - As they say - man's personality is how he thinks about women.
