Stress management

Though there is a wide list of stress management activities are given, I would like to add one more...In my opinion, especially it works well for adolescents who face a lot of stress either because of hormonal changes or because of their adjustment problems which in turn might be due to their ideal self or expected self.

Pushing out all the anger in to a pillow imagining that .....the pillow as a person with whom they are in conflict. This makes the adolescent children relieved from the stress. Their anger can be expressed with blows in to the pillow.
