For special need children we must take care especially according to their needs and learning strategies to be teach.They need concerned help and cooperation from both teachers and students.For visual,hearing and cognitive impaired children diverse classroom learning and different pace of ICT based technical learning process needed.
we as teachers need to bring ideas into reality. Design strategies for maximum participation, think out of box solutions, take small steps, be innovative and aware of students needs and the benefits they are getting from your interventions.
Keep taking small steps and soon the inclusion will become reality for your own classrooms !
