It promotes readiness for work,develops personal and interpersonal skills,attitude for appreciation, cooperation, collaboration, relating to  others, planning, participating and contributing.

Creativity, experimental learning, inquisitiveness, critical thinking abilities are developed.In fact learning occurs in all the three domains and hence becomes holistic.
