Yes it is to be addressed sir. Because so many teachers do not have laptop or system. To follow this course on mobile means it is much tiresome for eyes. you raised good point. But as it is the first of its kind, we have to co-operate and convey our grievances to the authorities. I hope they definitely look into that.

We need proper guidance from our state authorities because we are totally ignorant of this programme.  Classes to give preliminary knowledge to the RPs should be facilitated by our SCERT.  Then it will be easy for us.
